Professionally
I’ve been a financial adviser for more than 35 years, starting at the age of 23 as ‘the man from the Pru’!
I specialise solely in financial planning, using cash flow modelling programmes to create a strategy for clients who are heading towards, into and through retirement.
I really enjoy working with clients who understand the value of financial planning and particularly enjoy getting to grips with the more complex issues. This is where I can really add value to my clients and deliver the best possible outcomes for their particular circumstances.
Personally
I love spending time with my four children and five grandchildren.
I am born and bred in Kendal which is known as ‘The Gateway to the Lakes’ so I enjoy plenty of fellwalking with my dog, Jet – a Springer/Labrador cross who never tires!
I enjoy watching rugby and have recently become a Trustee with the Kendal Rugby club.
I also get involved in fundraising activities for a local charity: St. John’s Hospice.
