My name is Peter Gregson and I’ve worked with Chris at Advice Matters for something over 20 years.

Over that period, Chris has helped myself and my wife with a range of different things, from investments to tax planning and, particularly, to pension planning, which was very much on our mind while we were approaching retirement.

Chris and the team at Advice Matters were massively helpful for us because, first of all, they really understood our needs. They understood our attitude to risk and then worked to help us in the best possible, personalised way.

I think working with Chris and the team at Advice Matters really gave us the confidence that we could be financially secure, given all the measures that he’s helped us put in place for our retirement.

Without Chris’s help and support, I don’t think we would have had such confidence in approaching retirement, as we really feel that our finances are in a great place for us.

We feel confident that, with Chris’s help and support, we’re going to be able to do many of the things that we’d planned to do in retirement and have got the finances behind us to do so.

I think the best thing about working with Chris is that he’s really taken the time and trouble to understand who we are and what our motivations are. He’s been able to give us advice that’s completely personal to us.

I think the support from other members of the Advice Matters team is really excellent, too. In particular, we found Jayne very efficient and on the ball, and understanding and supportive of what our needs were.

I’d definitely recommend Chris and the Advice Matters team to other people and, indeed, have done so in the past.
